Genreal Terms and Conditions for Bird Deterrents Australia warranty. 1. Payment for all units will be made prior to installation. 2. Units will be installed no later than 14 days after payment has been received at Bird Deterrents Australia (BDA) office. 3. Should payment not be received prior to installation and an invoice is issued, payment is to be made by either direct deposit or transfer from client’s nominated account into Bird Deterrents Australia (BDA) nominated account, no later than seven (7) days after installation. Failure to make payment will incur an additional 4.75% charge on outstanding amount calculated from the 1st of each month. 4. Should payment not be made into Bird Deterrent Australia’s (BDA) nominated account at seven days, all warranties implied or otherwise stated will be null and void. 5. All units remain the property of Bird Deterrents Australia (BDA) Pty Ltd until full payment is received. 6. All wiring will be removed. 7. Any and all holes made to the fabric of the structure of the building, will be repaired at clients expense. 8. All wiring conduit attached to the building fabric will be removed where practicable; where further building damage will occur, or potentially occur, wiring, conduit will be left in situ. 9. All batteries supplied will be returned in fully charged state as per installation requirements. 10. Should access be required above 2 metres and a hydraulic lift is required, this will be at the rate quoted by National Hire. |
